Description:
On discus: gladiator r., sword in r. hand, l. hand with forefinger raised in gesture of submission.

Fabric: Buff clay with traces of dark red slip.

Manufacture: Mould made.

Size (cm): L. 7.6, W. 5.4, H. 2.0

Notes:

Comments:
Probably a defeated thraex. He wears a distinctive crested helmet, a manica on the r. arm, a loincloth and belt, and greaves on the legs. The sword he holds appears to be a sica (curved tip more apparent on other examples).
